Dvorah is a People and Culture Strategist and Professional Certified Coach (PCC). She is ignited by seeing possibilities become reality. She is the founder of The Hive and a faculty member of Integral+ Africa’s, Coaching Centre and the Eliot Osrin Leadership Institute. She is also an ICF member and certified Five Lens Enneagram Practitioner. She has a background in Industrial Psychology and 18 years’ experience in the field of people development, Human Resources and Learning and Development. She worked with a large international retailer equipping her with extensive corporate experience. Her roles spanned Regional HR Business Partner, to Talent Manager, Head of Coaching and Learning and Development Facilitation Manager at the Cape Union Mart Group where she lead a team nationally. At Cape Union Mart, she was voted onto the Senior Leadership Group for two consecutive years and had the honor of facilitating at the groups Senior Leadership Conferences. Dvorah finds meaning in supporting people to engage whole-heartedly, transform obstacles and find fulfillment.
